Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field o Relevant certifications such as ITIL PMP COBIT or equivalent
- Strong understanding of FinTech/Banking Technology stack and its dependencies
- Proficiency in documenting and defining technical dependencies
- Experience with Known Error Database (KEDB) management
- Familiarity with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes and documentation
- Proficiency in maintaining Corrective Actions Logs and categorizing corrective actions per vendor and platform
- Knowledge of platforms such as MoMoAPP Azure EPW shared systems GSM SAS Eva Optasia Jumo network systems
- Problem management and Incident and Change Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in problem management and resolution within a FinTech or similar technological environment
- Experience working with OPCOs Service Desk and other operational entities
- Proven track record of successful management and tracking of corrective actions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
