Job Description
- Align ICT strategy with business goals and IT trends.
- Ensure IT governance risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Review and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Compile and manage group IT budget and charge-backs.
- Provide cost estimates for site budgets and ensure that IT spend aligns with recovery.
- Manage software updates patches and antivirus deployment.
- Manage incidents requests and changes via OSSI system.
- Provide after-hours support and coordinate IT maintenance.
- Handle user setup (GP AD and email) and system configuration.
- Develop and maintain BI360 reports and dashboards.
- Compile Board reports and validate agent incentives.
- Coordinate IT procurement in line with budget approvals.
- Monitor service provider performance and reconcile billing.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Technology
- Min 6 years experience in networks computer set-up and software deployment
- Strong finance and budgeting experience required
- Hands-on experience with SQL server
- Experience in user assistance and first line support
