Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Data-Focused Business Analyst with deep expertise in process improvement data insights and system migrations. This role involves analysing business operations mapping out improvements and leading the implementation of streamlined data-driven processes to support enterprise-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage stakeholders to elicit define and document business and data requirements.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis using tools such as Power BI SQL and Excel.
Facilitate process workshops and map existing and future state workflows using tools like Lucid or Bizagi.
Proactively identify operational inefficiencies root causes and opportunities for automation.
Design validate and implement effective business processes and systems aligned to strategic goals.
Support testing training and change management throughout implementation cycles.
Lead continuous improvement efforts and contribute to roadmap planning for analytics and process solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant degree in IT Data Science Informatics or equivalent.
8 years experience in business analysis and data modelling or data analysis.
Proven experience working in Agile environments and on system migration projects.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
Strong working knowledge of data tools (Power BI SQL Excel) business process modelling (Lucid Bizagi) and collaboration platforms (Jira Microsoft Suite).

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Able to manage large volumes of data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to lead and influence teams and drive adoption of new processes.
