Job Description
- The daily running of a site in liaison with the Operations Manager.
- Attain and maintain a professional site standard.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the client.
- Management of staff including recruitment induction and performance management.
- Responsible for industrial relations and health & safety issues on site.
- Report writing monthly reports and incident reports.
- Creating site rosters.
- After hours site visits compulsory.
- Staffing ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Business Management Qualification or Relevant
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the security industry would be an advantage
- Good Computer Skills (Ms Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Proven track record in the security industry / Customer Orientated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Grade A PSIRA Certification
- Professional individual who can provide and maintain high service and quality standards
- Drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
- Must reside in Cape Town
