Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to make an impact in a high-performing purpose-driven team Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us for up to 5 months.
As part of the Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) we play a vital role in supporting the Departments mission by helping attract engage and retain exceptional talent. We work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and partner closely with leaders across the Department to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes aligned to critical workforce priorities.
You will be joining a supportive group of professionals who value continuous improvement proactive customer service and building strong business relationships. Youll gain exposure to a wide variety of recruitment activities and play an integral role in delivering on important government priorities.
About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Your attention to detail and understanding of the importance of complying with GSE recruitment guidelines will see you succeed in this role. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong high volume administration skills.
Your responsibilities will include supporting your team with general recruitment administration notably processing non-advertised recruitment actions assisting hiring managers with talent pool requests coordinating interview packs and works tasks as well as supporting the team with ad-hoc requests.
