As a Commercial Manager youll be at the helm of their project financials ensuring that each build is delivered on time within budget and with maximum value. Youll work closely with project managers quantity surveyors and executive leadership to manager costs contracts and commercial risk across their portfolio.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in quantity surveying Construction Management or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in a commercial role within the construction industry
- Proven track record on large scale commercial or mixed use developments
- Professional registration is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all commercial aspects of major construction projects
- Manage contract negotiations cost planning and forecasting
- Lead the commercial team and support site based quantity surveyors
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations
