Job Description :
Administrative clerks handle scheduling, processing activity from accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and performing other office-related tasks. The position may also require answering and making phone calls, preparing conference rooms, and greeting clients.
Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules
2. Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
3. Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll
4. Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests
5. Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
Qualification :
1. Associate's degree in office administration may be preferred
2. 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
3. Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
4. Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail
Full-time
