Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative & Account Success Associate
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Type: Full-time Independent contractor $1200 - $2000 per month Commission
Industry: Wedding Photography & Videography Services

Our client is a creative client-first wedding photography and videography company dedicated to helping clients look and feel their absolute best on one of the most important days of their lives. Our offerings go beyond the camera combining beauty consultations and advanced AI beauty analysis to provide a premium and personalized visual experience. As we expand were looking for a driven personable and versatile professional to join us in a dual role as Sales Representative & Account Success Associate.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that merges sales with client success. You will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads conducting discovery calls guiding clients through our unique service offerings and managing relationships throughout the client journey. Your ability to communicate value personalize consultations and ensure an excellent client experience is key.

There is strong potential for this role to evolve as the company grows offering increased responsibility across business development admin and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Conduct discovery and consultation calls to assess client needs and align them with the right services
  • Present offerings using tools like and visual aids created in Canva
  • Close sales effectively while maintaining a personalized consultative approach
  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Client Success & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale through to project delivery
  • Provide ongoing guidance on services such as beauty consultation and AI-driven makeup analysis
  • Set and manage expectations ensure clients feel supported and informed
  • Address any client questions or concerns proactively and professionally
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams to optimize service delivery

Admin & Growth Support (as role expands)

  • Assist with backend coordination scheduling and communication
  • Contribute to the refinement of client-facing documentation presentations and workflows
  • Support content creation for marketing or onboarding as needed
  • Help develop and document scalable account management practices

What Were Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 2 years in sales account management or client success roles
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage relationships across the client lifecycle
  • Comfort and presence on camera/video presentations (Loom or similar platforms)
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools for presentations and client materials
  • Tech-savvy with exposure to client-facing platforms CRMs or project management tools
  • Bonus: Familiarity with beauty photography videography or creative industries
