Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with over 15 years of proven expertise in designing delivering and optimizing sales training programs. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our sales teams through strategic learning initiatives coaching and ongoing performance support.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales methodologies adult learning principles and the ability to align training programs with business objectives to drive measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design & Delivery:
- Develop implement and facilitate engaging and interactive sales training programs (onboarding product process tools soft skills).
- Tailor content for various experience levels from entry-level reps to senior account executives.
- Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Product teams to align training initiatives with go-to-market strategy and customer messaging.
- Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools required for successful execution.
- Performance Coaching:
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce skills identify development areas and improve sales effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to sales professionals to support continuous improvement.
- Program Evaluation & Optimization:
- Assess training effectiveness using different metrics.
- Continuously iterate on training programs based on data field feedback and industry trends.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on sales training best practices and improvements.
- Lead a team of junior trainers or instructional designers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales training sales enablement or a related sales leadership role.
- Strong background in developing and executing training programs across diverse sales environments.
- Proven ability to drive behavior change and improve sales metrics through training.
- Exceptional presentation communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Education or related field
