Job Description

Are you a strategic marketing visionary ready to take the helm of a renowned luxury brand in Cape Town We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function and elevate the brand presence both locally and globally.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-performance environment and is passionate about delivering brand excellence customer engagement and measurable growth.


Qualifications:
  • BCom in Marketing
Skills:
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (luxury retail or lifestyle sectors preferred)
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
  • Expert in digital marketing brand building and customer-centric campaigns
  • Inspirational leadership and people management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a sharp focus on performance and ROI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Job description:
  • Develop and execute a world-class marketing strategy across digital traditional PR and experiential channels
  • Align marketing plans with the business vision and growth objectives
  • Drive customer acquisition retention and brand visibility at scale
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation creativity and results
  • Champion and protect brand identity
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand visuals across all touchpoints
  • Launch impactful campaigns that set the brand apart in a competitive market
  • Plan oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Partner with creative teams and agencies to deliver memorable brand experiences
  • Analyze performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
  • Stay ahead of market trends customer behaviour and competitor activity
  • Leverage data and insights to guide product positioning and new market opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget
  • Track KPIs (CAC ROI engagement conversions) and report on campaign impact
