Job Description

Theyre on the hunt for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on landmark commercial developments right in the heart of Cape Town. Requirements:
- Relevant construction qualification
- 8 10 years experience in managing construction sites
- Experience with residential building (high rise residential is required)
- Knowledge of South African building codes and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations including workforce coordination and material deliveries
- Enforce health safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor project timelines and report on progress
- Liaise with project managers engineers and clients
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and effectively
