We are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to help lead our Torrevieja office.
This is a key operational leadership role supporting the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations with focus on RSA (Roadside Assistance) service delivery.
You will ensure our RSA teams meet service level targets deliver outstanding quality and operate with maximum efficiency all while fostering a positive high-performance culture.
As the Site Managers right hand youll help translate strategy into action coordinate resources and ensure smooth running of the site. You will also step in to lead the site during the Site Managers absence.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager in managing daily operations
- Lead coach and develop Team Leaders in RSA operations.
- Ensure SLA and KPI targets are consistently met for services.
- Monitor and improve service quality process adherence and operational efficiency.
- Assist in recruitment onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Plan staffing levels and ensure the right competencies are in place.
- Drive continuous improvement projects for operations systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with other Viking sites to align processes and share best practices.
- Support new service and client implementations.
- Ensure a safe secure and compliant work environment.
- Act as Site Manager substitute during absences.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Contact Centre operations and/or RSA service management.
- Experience leading and coaching Team Leaders.
- Knowledge of RSA processes SLAs and quality metrics.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English plus a Nordic language or Spanish (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
