POSITION: Compensation and Benefits Manager (12 months contract)

Duties & Responsibilities
Summarized Responsibilities:
- Analyzing compensation data and trends
- Developing and implementing incentive and bonus programs
- Overseeing the design and implementation of retirement plans and other employee benefits
- Designing salary structures
- Managing employee benefits
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Managing the budget for compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee other compensation and benefits specialists
- Monitor the distribution of payroll
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Accounting or HR or an equivalent degree
- Minimum 10 years experience
