But when it comes to financial workflows theres still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow tracking payments or reconciling accounts happen outside the software across spreadsheets email threads banking portals.

Statement of Work
Team Management:
- Manage and lead a team of Software Engineers providing guidance mentorship and coaching to team members.
- Drive people management initiatives including hiring performance evaluation career development and employee retention.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Technical Leadership:
- Be accountable for your teams projects make technical decisions and solve complex challenges in a demanding technical environment with a reactive architecture.
- Partner with product managers to build and refine the teams roadmap.
- Ensure your team follows company technical standards and architectural patterns effectively.
- Monitor system performance in your domain to maintain the quality of service despite rapidly growing loads.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and ensure proper implementation of automated testing.
Delivery:
- Be responsible for successful roadmap execution providing clear visibility and reporting for tracking progress at scale.
- Lead cross-team and cross-domain collaborations ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Maintain operational excellence in production and manage incident responses effectively.
Our technical environment:
Programming Languages: TypeScript (NestJS fp-ts)
Databases: PostgreSQL
Data Streaming: Kafka ; GraphQL
Containerization & Cloud Platforms: Kubernetes ; AWS
Preferred experience
Youre a great match if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and at least 2 years of experience as a manager.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills
- You have worked in complex environments involving product QA security and platform teams.
- Proficiency in software development and a solid understanding of system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with coding standards security protocols and QA/testing processes.
- You are familiar with automated testing and continuous integration.
- You have experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture.
- You have worked with GraphQL and Kafka.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to align engineering goals with business priorities.
- Fluent in English
