As the Key Accounts Manager you will take full ownership of managing and growing strategic retail and wholesale accounts. You will act as a brand ambassador building strong relationships with key partners and ensuring the brands premium positioning and commercial success.
Qualifications: - BCom in Business Administration/Marketing
Skills:- Minium of 7 years experience in a Key Account Management role preferably in luxury fashion or jewellery
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Out of the box thinker with a passion for luxury and lifestyle brands
Job description: - Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue profitability and brand visibility
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and high-end clients
- Manage sales targets forecasts and budgets
- Negotiate commercial terms trade agreements and in-store activations
- Work closely with marketing merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analyse market trends customer data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Regularly visit key accounts and provide exceptional service and brand training to partners
