About the Role:
We re looking for a hands-on Station Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy fuel station. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at team leadership and is committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations staff attendance and shift scheduling
Manage cash-ups financial records and ATM drops
Conduct stock control ordering and data capturing
Ensure cleanliness safety and facility upkeep
Lead and support staff handle HR matters and provide training
Address customer concerns and build vendor/community relationships
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Matric (required); Diploma/Degree in Business Retail or Operations Management (preferred)
Experience: 3 5 years in retail fuel station or operations management; supervisory experience is a plus
Interpersonal Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Committed to ethical conduct and operational integrity
