Job Description
:
Managing day-to-day fitment centre operations across both branches
Leading a team to deliver high-quality automotive glass and vehicle maintenance services
Driving excellence in safety service and operational efficiency
Handling customer relationship management (CRM) systems SAP stock and workshop processes
Solving problems proactively while keeping the team motivated and service levels high
:
Matric and a valid drivers license
Proven experience in:
Automotive glass replacement
Safety glass calibration regassing tinting and related services
Strong knowledge of workshop operations SAP and CRM tools
Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Knysna / Plettenberg / George area
