Job DescriptionFull financial function of client administration for both local and offshore teams
Prepare and review daily
bank reconciliations including FNZ and EMX
Instruct reversals of unpaid transactions and ensure corrective action is taken

Creations and
Finswitch reconciliations
Review key controls in the client administration control environment
Monthly preparation of
commission and rebate reconciliations
Collaborate closely with operations teams to meet reporting requirements
Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree in finance accounting or related field
Minimum
3 years relevant experience in the
Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) environment
Experience in the
financial services industryProficient in English and at least one other official South African language
Intermediate MS Excel skills
