A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or something forged under fire
ISTQB certification not optional its your marker
Minimum 3 years of hands-on manual testing and 2nd line support no rookies
The ability to break problems down piece by piece and eliminate them with precision
Experience with Jira Confluence or tools that keep the mission clear
You speak clearly. You write clearly. You document like your life depends on it
SQL knowledge because data always leaves a trail
Familiarity with APIs and automation tools weapons in the right hands
Agile experience we move fast or we get left behind
Willingness to work overtime when duty calls because some missions run long
