Description
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the end-to-end data integration strategy from external engagement to technical execution operationalizing the Data to Intelligence vision.
System and Platform Oversight: Evaluate select and implement data management systems (PIM ERP data lakes) and oversee their integration to ensure accuracy and real-time data flow.
Data Management and Commercialization: Establish product data flows across retailers and manufacturers and support the commercialization of data services through tools and dashboards.
Stakeholder and Industry Engagement: Act as the primary data liaison representing the Group at industry events and in high-level commercial meetings with the C-suite.
Governance and AI Adoption: Enforce data governance best practices monitor KPIs and guide teams on integrating AI technologies like LLMs and machine learning models.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Data Science Information Systems or a related field.
Experience:
10 years in data management or digital transformation preferably within FMCG retail or manufacturing.
Proven track record in system implementation cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle data flows syndicated data and retailer onboarding.
Skills:
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
Understanding of AI platforms (LLMs chatbots) and machine learning.
Familiarity with global data standards (GS1 GDSN).
