A Delegate Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of delegate passes to international conferences and events. This is a telesales role which involves selling to high level executives in the energy mining & technology industries and includes a large volume of prospecting and cold calling to meet KPIs and targets.
Qualifications :
- Individuals with a keen and sound knowledge of international business and economic affairs
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not compulsory.
- Ability to work effectively to achieve high-volume KPI call volumes.
- Perfect command of both written and spoken English.
- Fluency in a second language preferably Portuguese French or Arabic is a plus.
- Commercial and business acumen.
- Outstanding personal presentation.
- Excellent organisational networking and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter functioning well within a team environment while being capable of working independently.
- Must demonstrate problem solving and communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Capable of adapting to new cultures and changing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office HubSpot & Trello
