Description

AFGRI Group Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Assistant to support the Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programs maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HR and SETA requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant HR-related degree or tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year in HR administration

Key Performance Areas:

  • Collate data for workplace skills plans
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records for learning and development projects
  • Assist with SETA grant applications and documentation
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with learners and students to track progress and needs
  • Coordinate training programs and logistics
  • Capture attendance and training data on LMS and SETA systems
  • Support the Talent Development Manager with administrative tasks
  • Maintain databases for PDPs and Growth Conversations

  • Proficiency in MS Office
