My client a global mining company with a portfolio that spans diamonds platinum copper iron ore and more is presently in search of a Junior Data Access Protocol Coordinatorto join their growing team on a 12 month contract based in Rosebank kindly submit all applications to

To support the Separation Programme by managing incoming communications to designated mailboxes related to the Data Access Protocol (DAP). This role ensures timely and accurate handling of data access requests maintains SharePoint repositories and engages with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations during divestments and demergers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails to specific DAP-related mailboxes.
  • Triage log and escalate data access requests in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites and document libraries relevant to the Separation Programme.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Track and report on mailbox activity and request statuses.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to data access and separation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
