Lifespring Womens Healthcare in Bentonville AR offers compassionate patientfirst obstetric and gynecologic care in a warm welcoming environment. Our services span pregnancy care (including antenatal testing labor & delivery) routine and specialized gynecology ultrasounds and minimally invasive treatments.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Typist to join our this role you will input update and maintain data across various platforms and systems from the comfort of your home. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized accurate and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets databases and online systems
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow company guidelines and formatting standards
Communicate with team members via email or chat for task updates
Meet daily or weekly productivity targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35-45 WPM)
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar tools
Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
Good communication and time-management skills
Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required

Required Skills:
Current valid LPNlicense in the state of Arkansas (or applicable state) in good standing. CPR (Basic Life Support) certification; additional certifications such as fetal heart monitoring or OB/L&D experience preferred. At least 12 years of clinical experience with preference for experience in OB/GYN womens health or prenatal/postpartum settings. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; strong documentation skills. Good interpersonal skills: compassionate good listener patient educator team player. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently in a busy office environment. Physical ability to stand on feet for long periods assist patients lift/move light objects etc.
