Whether youre just starting out or have years of BDR experience were hiring Business Development Representatives to fuel our growth.   • Location: Hybrid 3 days a week in the office in Foreshaw Cape Town
  • Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. (your local time)

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead with the call: Cold calling will be a core part of your role - connecting with prospects creating strong first impressions and turning quick hellos into genuine business opportunities
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers to qualify leads based on fit needs budget and timelines
  • As the first point of contact youll help educators and companies discover how Easygenerator can make knowledge sharing scalable effective and fun
  • Engage prospects through creative personalized outreach across LinkedIn email and phone
  • Drive new business by uncovering opportunities and fueling our growth pipeline
  • Build and prioritize a strategic list of target accounts within your assigned territory

What Youll Bring

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience (internships included!)
  • Near-native English fluency both written and spoken
  • You can communicate in a clear goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
  • A proactive mindset with strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • High energy a positive attitude and a passion for learning
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced dynamic and international environment
