We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant with strong English writing skills and the ability to support both administrative and marketing-related activities. This role combines traditional EA duties with hands-on work in social media management content creation proposal writing and visual asset development.
You will work closely with the leadership team to maintain our online presence improve company communications manage proposal deadlines and create visual materials for presentations and client-facing documents.
Social Media Management
Manage company accounts on Twitter Facebook and LinkedIn
Plan and publish 1 2 posts per week to maintain engagement and brand awareness
Create or curate basic content including captions visuals and article shares
Monitor activity and respond to simple messages/inquiries
Website & Copywriting
Review and enhance website copy to better communicate our products services and project capabilities
Ensure content is clear engaging and aligned with our brand
Proposal Writing & Scheduling
Assist in drafting editing and formatting proposals for clients
Track submission schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Visuals & Graphics
Create visuals and graphics for use in presentations and client communications
Work with existing brand guidelines to produce consistent professional materials
Required:
Strong English reading and writing skills (copywriting and editing)
Experience managing business social media accounts
Basic graphic design skills for creating simple visuals and presentation materials
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Proactive communicator who can work independently
Preferred:
Experience with proposal writing for B2B or service-based companies
Familiarity with tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Understanding of website CMS platforms for content updates
Background in marketing communications or executive support
