Our client is a leading financial company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and structure teams to execute Data Warehouse (DWH) Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics initiatives including Data Engineers System Architects Data Scientists Project Managers and Data/Business Analysts.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align on strategy roadmap and resource planning; prepare and present proposals for approval.
Define detailed project scope and methodologies applying suitable data mining and analytical techniques within a structured execution framework.
Lead endtoend delivery of analytics projects from ideation to actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Effectively communicate findings and drive implementation of analytics solutions ensuring measurable business impact.
Maintain uptodate documentation and ensure highquality deliverables throughout project execution.
Operate independently while collaborating closely with consultants thirdparty vendors crossfunctional teams and other data science stakeholders.
Continuously enhance analytics capabilities by introducing new methodologies and promoting best practices in the field.
Engage regularly with external clients and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in widely used statistical and machine learning techniques such as Clustering PCA Gradient Boosting Linear & Logistic Regression Decision Trees Random Forests and SVMs.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex analytics projects simultaneously coordinating with diverse crossfunctional teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related fields.
10 years in data analytics or BI with 5 years in leadership roles ideally in financial services or consumer finance.
Proven ability to develop data strategies lead analytics teams and deliver business impact through datadriven initiatives.
Strong technical expertise in DWH architecture BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.) SQL Python and statistical methods.
Proficient in advanced analytics techniques: Clustering PCA Regression Decision Trees Random Forests SVM etc.
Experience managing crossfunctional teams external vendors and multiple complex projects.
Excellent strategic thinking communication and stakeholder management skills.
Track record of promoting innovation and best practices in analytics.
