Our client is a top-notch financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and execute the enterprise-wide IT strategy in alignment with the company s overall business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Lead the digital transformation journey driving innovation in core banking systems customer experience data analytics and automation.
Oversee IT governance cybersecurity infrastructure architecture and application development.
Build and manage a high-performing IT leadership team; mentor develop and align talent with business goals.
Partner with executive leadership (CEO CFO COO CRO) to support key digital initiatives and ensure seamless technology integration.
Manage vendor relationships outsourcing contracts and enterprise IT investments to ensure performance cost-efficiency and scalability.
Lead IT risk management efforts ensuring robust compliance with industry standards data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. AI cloud computing blockchain) for potential adoption to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
Monitor and report on key technology KPIs IT budgets and ROI of digital initiatives to the Board and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or related fields. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF ITIL PMP CISSP) are a plus.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles with at least 2 years as CIO or CTO in banking fintech or large-scale financial institutions.
Proven track record of leading digital transformation and implementing enterprise-level IT strategies.
Strong understanding of financial services products regulatory frameworks and technology trends.
Experience in managing diverse cross-border teams and working in multicultural environments.
Excellent stakeholder management leadership communication and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in English.
