About the Role
As a Medior Marketing Executive you will plan execute and optimize marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will take ownership of our digital presence lead multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable results. You ll report to the Marketing Lead and collaborate across departments especially with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives drive results. Occasionally you ll also support offline events and activities.
Responsibilities
SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Digital Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including website social media digital ads and email marketing.
Content Creation and Coordination: Plan create and oversee content strategies ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling across all channels.
Campaign Analysis: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable reports/insights to improve future strategies.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring: Continuously research and share the latest marketing trends tools and technologies to keep the team informed.
Event Planning & Operations: Take the lead in planning and executing both online (e.g. webinars) and offline events ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales and other teams to create and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
Requirements
2 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on digital marketing
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO
Experience in writing compelling content for social media and websites.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing campaigns and translating data into strategies.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
Proven experience in organizing and executing events (online/offline).
Soft skills:
Proficiency in English is a must
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive collaborative and curious to learn new things.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Open to discussing ideas and multitasking effectively
Nice to have:
Experience working in the IT B2B SaaS or similar industries.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as MailChimp Google Analytics Looker Data Studio WordPress and Google Ads.
