Accountabilities: The Customer Data Analyst Associate (CDA) assists in collecting managing and analyzing customer data creating a unified view. The CDA supports the core principles of the Data Management Office contributing to making data a strategic asset for Datasite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Support customer data collection ensure quality and integrity assist with Salesforce requests.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights assist with management reports.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance customer experiences.
- Compliance: Ensure data practices comply with regulations.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in data science Business Analytics IT or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in data management/analytics.
