Accountabilities: The Customer Data Manager (CDM) leads a team to collect manage and analyze customer data creating a unified view for personalized experiences. The CDM champions the core principles of the Data Management Office playing a key role in making data a strategic asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train data coordinators/analysts set goals and track progress.
- Data Collection: Oversee customer data collection ensure quality and integrity manage Salesforce CRM requests.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights develop reports and dashboards for KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance customer experiences.
- Strategy Development: Implement data management strategies aligned with company goals collaborate on data projects.
- Compliance: Ensure data practices comply with regulations.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in data science Business Analytics IT or related field.
- Experience: 4 years in data management/analytics 2 years in leadership.
