Our client is a top-notch company specialized in gems and jewellery who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement integrated media strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Analyze target audiences and determine the most effective media mix (digital social print TV OOH etc.).
Ensure all media initiatives are aligned with seasonal campaigns product launches and overall brand calendar.
2. Media Buying & Campaign Execution
Manage media buying activities across various platforms (Google Facebook Zalo YouTube etc.) negotiating rates and placements with media vendors.
Coordinate and execute both digital and offline media campaigns to ensure timely and budget-appropriate delivery.
Optimize campaigns continuously to maximize ROI engagement and performance metrics.
3. Digital Marketing Oversight
Supervise and optimize performance marketing activities (PPC display ads social media ads SEO/SEM).
Oversee paid media strategy for e-commerce and brand awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across ad creatives.
4. Media Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report on campaign performance using media analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.).
Measure KPIs such as impressions reach CTR CPC conversion rates and overall media effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns and optimizing media spend.
5. Agency & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with media agencies creative partners and external vendors.
Review and approve media plans creatives and timelines to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
6. Budget Management
Prepare and manage annual media budgets in collaboration with the marketing team.
Monitor spend and performance across campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and transparency.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in media planning media buying or digital advertising preferably in the luxury fashion retail or jewelry sector.
Strong knowledge of digital media platforms media metrics and performance marketing strategies.
Experience working with media planning and analytics tools (e.g. Google Ads Meta Business Suite Google Analytics DSPs).
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
