Our client is a leading international hospital in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Job descriptions:

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management

Oversee and ensure continuous operation of all IT systems including servers network HIS (Hospital Information System) PACS LIS EMR and other related platforms.
Manage hospital databases user access and data security in compliance with healthcare data protection standards.
Maintain regular system backups updates and cybersecurity protocols.
Supervise installation configuration and maintenance of hardware software and hospital devices.

IT Strategy & Development

Develop and execute short- and long-term IT strategy aligned with the hospitals business goals and digital transformation roadmap.
Research evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance hospital service quality data management and patient experience.
Collaborate with medical and administrative departments to identify system improvement opportunities.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

Manage and develop the IT team: set objectives monitor performance and ensure continuous training.
Coordinate with external vendors software providers and maintenance partners to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.
Manage IT budget and procurement of IT equipment software licenses and technology services.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure IT operations comply with healthcare regulations cybersecurity laws and hospital policies.
Develop and maintain IT policies user manuals and training documents.
Lead risk assessment disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IT systems.

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum 57 years of experience in IT management; experience in healthcare or hospital systems is a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure databases and network systems in complex environments.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of hospital management systems (HIS LIS PACS EMR).
Deep knowledge of data security system integration and network management.
Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
Fluent in English is an advantage.
