Job Summary
- Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients
- Able to deliver full range of QS services from design stage to close out of projects
- Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance
- Quantity measurement Cost planning bill of quantities VE (value engineering)
- Procurement process from pre-qualification tender document PTE tender assessment contract document
- To monitor and verifying VO Claims Payment Final Account and attending project meetings.
- Produce monthly cost report
- Cost studies market survey for commercial aspects
- Familiar with contractors/subcontractors/suppliers from construction industries in Vietnam market
- To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
- Pro-actively interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages
Qualifications :
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction Economics/Transportation
- Familiar with MS Word Excel Power Point Auto Cad and other software related to QS services e.g CostX BIM
- Experience working on a range of projects across industry sectors particularly in public sector mixed development industrial semiconductor lifescience/pharma data center hi tech infrastructure etc
- 4 10 years experience in Cost Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
