Job Description
Job title: ServiceNow Business Analyst with GRC Modules
Location: HalifaxNS Canada (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document risk management and compliance requirements.
- Act as the liaison between risk management teams and IT/ServiceNow developers to ensure GRC solutions meet business needs.
- Lead the implementation configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow Risk Policy Compliance and Audit Management modules.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvements to optimize risk workflows and controls within ServiceNow.
- Support the integration of ServiceNow with other risk and compliance tools.
- Create functional specifications user stories for ServiceNow enhancements.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and documentation for end users on risk management processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
- Monitor risk indicators compliance status and provide regular reports and dashboards using ServiceNow reporting tools.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements internal policies and risk framework.
- Bachelors degree in business IT Risk Management or related field.
- 4 years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on risk management governance risk and compliance (GRC).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform in the Risk Policy Compliance or Audit modules.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
- Experience in requirements gathering process mapping and documentation.
- Knowledge of IT risk operational risk and compliance concepts.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified System Administrator GRC Specialist) preferred.
