Lead Full-Stack Developer (Python React)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and highly collaborative Lead Full-Stack Developer to guide and grow our development this leadership role you will take ownership of designing building and delivering scalable high-performing web applications with an emphasis on backend development and cross-functional collaboration. Youll lead a team of developers mentor junior engineers and serve as a bridge between technical implementation and business goals. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Python and with strong communication and leadership skills and thrives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and deployment of end-to-end web applications using Python and . Drive architecture and technical decisions ensuring code quality scalability and maintainability. Mentor and support a team of developers conducting code reviews and promoting best practices. Collaborate with product managers UI/UX designers and data teams to deliver intuitive and data-driven applications. Utilize Python web frameworks (e.g. Flask FastAPI Django) for backend service development. Develop and maintain frontend components using TypeScript and CSS (beginner to intermediate level). Work with Snowflake and SQL to build data integrations and support analytics workflows. Lead Agile/Scrum processes manage sprints in Jira and conduct daily stand-ups and planning sessions. Communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders translating technical goals into business outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in Python and modern Python web frameworks (Flask FastAPI or Django). Strong experience with and TypeScript in building user-facing web apps. Solid understanding of CSS design principles (intermediate level or above). Experience working with Snowflake and SQL for data handling and integration. Proven leadership and communication skills with experience mentoring engineers or leading technical discussions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools like Jira.

Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with AWS services (e.g. Lambda S3 ECS). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Exposure to Docker for containerization and environment consistency.

Preferred Experience 5 years of full-stack development experience including recent leadership or tech lead responsibilities. Demonstrated success in delivering scalable applications in a collaborative Agile team environment. Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical initiatives.
