What does your day to day look like
- Lead and unifya national team of creative strategic and production talent fostering a high-performance values-driven culture.
- Support and mentorlocal Heads of Studio embedding a feedback-rich environment to drive development and collaboration.
- Strengthen cross-functional relationshipswith Sales Content Operations and Executive teams positioning The Studio as a trusted results-driven partner.
- Centralise and optimiseThe Studios operations through streamlined processes resource-sharing and improved tools and systems.
- Drive strategic and creative excellencealigned with commercial outcomes including revenue growth inventory conversion and market share.
- Act as a future-focused leader evolving content monetisation product innovation and business development in response to market trends.
What youll need:
- A minimum of 10 years media experience
- Have a proven track record of delivering a team culture that drives results
- Has experience in working with creatives and how to best unlock their skills
- Can deliver feedback and have genuine conversation with direct reports to ensure behaviors and actions are consistent
- Has proven knowledge of creating a team strategic plan and executing with excellence
