La Section de common law veut recruter des professeurs temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours un LL.B. ou un J.D. est ncessaire. Le candidat ou candidate doit aussi tre membre en bonne et due forme du Barreau de lOntario (ou son quivalent). Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une exprience significative dans ce domaine. Le fait davoir enseign ce cours auparavant est un atout.
