Role Overview:
The Operations Specialist will be trained in all functions of the companys operations and will provide coverage and offer support as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
- The Operations Specialist will be trained in all functions of the companys operations.
- The individual must develop skills and maintain a proficient working knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
- Provide support in operational departments to cover staff vacancies leaves periodic customer surge requirements.
- Offer other support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Candidates must be computer literate have strong organizational skills be able to effectively prioritize have time management and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have customer service experience (Preferred)
- Must have a Valid Drivers License.
- At least 3 years operations support.
