Toshiba TEC Germany Imaging Systems GmbH is part of a global corporation operating in the technology sector and due to its innovations has been a leader in its field for more than 150 years - for example as a leading manufacturer & supplier for digital and multifunctional systems for office communication. For our European Headquarter located in Neuss (close to Dsseldorf) we are currently looking for a new colleague to support within our European Sales & Marketing Division in part-time (Hybrid work concept):

Tasks

• Content Creation (Digital & Print):
  Develop and design compelling content (images videos graphics and copy) for digital channels such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook as well as print materials including brochures flyers and other marketing material
• Content Distribution & Maintenance:
  Ensure timely delivery and distribution of content across appropriate digital platforms. Maintain and update existing materials ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints
• Social Media Management:
  Plan create and manage content for our corporate social media channels. Ensure that all content aligns with our content strategy and brand tone of voice. Monitor engagement and contribute to community management
• Campaign Support:
  Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Content Strategy & Performance Analysis:
  Support the development and execution of content strategies. Track and analyze content performance metrics to continuously optimize content planning and creation

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Solid experience in a similar content-driven marketing role ideally in an international or cross-functional environment
• Proven track record in creating content for both social media and print
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign Photoshop Illustrator); experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro After Effects) is a plus
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is considered an asset
• A proactive and structured working style with the ability to coordinate across departments countries and external partners
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional European language is a plus
