Job Description
N-iX is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects end-to-end.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a proactive hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies especially Scrum.
- Strong experience in risk management: identification analysis and mitigation planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.
Nice to have:
- Technical background (e.g. prior experience as a developer QA or business analyst).
- Understanding of cloud service providers and cloud architecture principles (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Relevant certifications (e.g. PMI-PMP PMI-ACP PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe). - Experience working in both product and service companies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning through execution delivery and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure project goals are met within scope time and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project progress risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and reviews.
- Manage changes in project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date. - Foster continuous improvement within the team and processes.
- Participate in the recruitment process: conduct interviews assess candidates for PM-related roles and support team growth planning.
