- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles ensuring a luxury candidate experience aligned with Sofitel values.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters including investigations disciplinary procedures and performance management.
- Manage HR systems ensure data accuracy and provide insights to senior management using Excel and reporting tools.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture support induction activities and contribute to learning & development initiatives.
- Assist with payroll preparation ensure compliance with audits and right-to-work checks and support wellbeing CSR and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to wider People & Culture projects including system upgrades engagement surveys and global Accor programmes.
