Job Description

We are looking for a People & Talent Operator to join our growing team and help shape the future of MatNex.  You will be establishing the people systems building the hiring engines and championing the culture that powers our mission.

You will own the full employee lifecycle with an immediate focus on talent acquisition and a have flexibility to shape your role and develop as we grow.  You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation and play a crucial role in everyones experience as an employee at MatNex.


Qualifications :

You will likely have experience in or be excited to grow in:

  • End-to-end talent acquisition in-house or agency environments
  • Enabling highly technical and scientific teams 
  • Managing the full HR stack including HRIS ATS Benefits etc. 
  • Supporting organisations build functions from scratch
  • Developing organisation wide capacity and capabilities
  • Embedding and enhancing organisational culture

We are open to speaking with individuals from varying experience levels from Heads of People to early career stage individuals title will be adapted as appropriate.
