Job Description
We are looking for a person that - together with the Range Area Management teams and all our fab colleagues in the IKEA Food world - will make Food future foodastic!
You will act as local P&C partner for two Range Areas and will work with a wide range of P&C assignments covering all P&C processes. You will work both inside the Range Areas and across IKEA Food as a total. You will work closely with managers and co-workers supporting challenging and coaching for growth in all this role you report to the P&C Leader - Range Area Food.
Qualifications :
We believe you bring years of experience within HR or a relevant field. You are used to providing an organization with HR know-how in a variety of areas such as labor law work environment and compensation. You have experience from and feel comfortable in developing facilitating and leading initiatives workshops and change processes in different organizational contexts. You are holistic progress oriented and love to work in a fast paced changing and developing business. You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
You have strong values based leadership establishing trust and effective working relationships. You lead yourself and your topics with confidence and have a good ability to prioritize and handle a combination of different tasks on different levels. You have strong communication skills and you share your knowledge as well as being curious and eager to learn more. You are pro-active and make things happen.A big portion of energy and drive is wanted (and needed)!
