In this role as a Shift Supervisor for a client that is in the Plastics products industry. This position will be responsible for supervising 8 employees (operators material handlers etc) ensure compliance with safety policies and hitting production targets
This position is a permanent role that is a long-term need for my client.
Job Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of experience in automatic and manual presses
- Experience in plastics or molding
- Management or supervisory experience in an industrial setting
