As a Global Vendor Planner youll be the heartbeat of our supply chainsolving challenges driving improvements and making a real impact every day.
What Youll Do:
Supply planning
Own the weekly planning process for your supplier portfolio.
Monitor deliveries manage shortages or overages and ensure timely recovery plans.
Support global plants with component planning and execution.
Maintain accurate planning parameters and drive inventory optimization.
Collaborate on capacity planning and support new product introductions (NPIs) transitions and last-time buys
Supplier crisis management
Lead supplier crisis management and escalation processes.
Minimize premium freight costs and support resolution of supply issues.
Visit suppliers regularly and act swiftly during critical situations.
Supplier development
Help suppliers grow by supporting logistics improvements and protocol agreements.
Drive performance metrics like OTTR and support SIOP implementation.
Contribute to supplier scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Health security environment emergency situations- individual responsibilities
Ensure all activities are performed safely and sustainably.
Follow and promote HSE best practices and emergency protocols.
Support and lead HSE initiatives within your area of responsibility.
What We Need:
Experience:Minimum 3 years supply chain experience - supply planning production planning SIOP
Education:University degree in engineering or economics
Tools:MRP SAP (MM) or ERP
Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
