RAC Auto Services is one of WAs most trusted automotive brands proudly serving members for over 119 years. Were currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee operations at our Mandurah Workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Senior Technician or experienced Team Leader/Workshop Controller looking for a fresh challenge. Take the lead in a modern fully equipped workshop and guide a skilled supportive team to success.

What will you be doing

  • Lead and mentor a team of LV mechanics and apprentices

  • Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RACs quality standards

  • Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures

  • Liaise with members suppliers and internal teams to support service excellence

What are we looking for

  • Qualified Automotive Technician

  • Licensing: C-Class Drivers License and Motor Vehicle Repairers License

  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing repairs and diagnostics

  • Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate and mentor a diverse team

  • Organizational Strength: Capable of prioritizing tasks managing workload and resolving conflicts
