Job Summary
Were on the lookout for an energetic and motivated Part Time Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills whos passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during service
- Provide outstanding customer service across restaurant bar and event operations
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand service standards
- Train motivate and develop team members
- Maintain cleanliness presentation and compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with stock control ordering and reporting as required
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for food beverage and guest service excellence
- Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays
- A positive can-do attitude and team-focused approach
- Current RSA certification (essential)
