At Glovo we are witnessing extraordinary growth in our Fintech domain and were just getting started. As leaders in this space were re-shaping how our partners access Financial Services.
Were looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Financial this role youll play a crucial part in enhancing how our partners are invoiced access their earnings and more importantly enable them to grow their business by leveraging their relationship with Glovo.
THE JOURNEY
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions that drive product success.
- Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to assess complex situations make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that maximize impact.
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Quick-commerce offerings aligning with overall business goals.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Feature Development: Lead the development of new product features ensuring they enhance our core value propositions. Champion exceptional user experiences throughout the pre- and post-purchase journey building customer trust and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to align on priorities gather insights and ensure successful product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management preferably in consumer facing products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment without excessive structure
- A strong business-driven mindset and product sense.
- Solid experience collaborating with technical stakeholders (Data Engineering & Design).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) drive vision and clearly explain user value and business impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
