Job Description
Overview:
Were looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Dealership Maintenance Associate. This role is essential in ensuring that our facility remains clean safe and fully operational each day. The ideal candidate will have a good driving record and be comfortable performing a wide range of hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Transport scrap metal to the scrapyard using a trailer
Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep
Touch up and paint poles and other dealership fixtures
Change out trash throughout the dealership
Operate landscaping equipment such as a weed eater and chainsaw
Assemble furniture including desks and chairs
Perform minor repairs such as fixing sinks and toilets
Occasionally assist in transporting customers or dealership vehicles
Requirements:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate basic maintenance tools and equipment
Comfort with physical labor and outdoor tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance landscaping or general labor
Basic plumbing or handyman skills
Ability to drive a trailer safely
